Many important data in that folder, do not delete. app data? I saw on another forum that I should use ccleaner but how effective is it? Can I just delete the whole of appdata? What would happen if I did? Any help will be much appreciated as usual.

I do a lot of work on my PC and no matter what I always had a decline in storage space. So I have had something bothering me for a while now.
